    Hi

Customers can make juice order via our website and delivery will be made to them based on the delivery date they have selected.

There are a minimum 1 day to prepare the juices. So for example customer visits our website to make their purchase today (1Dec15), the available delivery date customer can choose on the date picker would be on 03Dec15.

Prior to the update of this plugin, there was a field named ‘minimum delivery time’. This field was in ‘days’ previously and I could set it to 1 day minimum delivery time. So on the frontend, customer can only select delivery date on 03Dec15.

However after the update of the plugin, the ‘miniumum delivery time’ field is in “Hours”. I have tried to input 24hours. However I have tried to place order in the morning 9am in the frontend of the website. I could see 02Dec15 (next day delivery) option available, which is not what I want because currently minimum delivery time is based on hours instead of days.

May I know how can i resolve that?

Thank you sooo much for your assistance

  • Hi Gabriel,

Thank you for the detailed explanation of your scenario.

From our Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce plugin, the ‘Minimum Delivery time (in hours):’ feature will calculate the minimum delivery hours from the current WordPress timezone for all the working days. This feature was released in version 2.7.4 on February 17, 2015.

In our old versions of the plugin, the Minimum delivery time in days was counted from the next day and not from the current WordPress time. So, 1 day would work fine in your scenario with the old versions of our plugin.

But, in our latest versions of the plugin the Minimum Delivery Time ( in hours ) feature is calculated from the current WordPress time and not from the next day. So, to achieve your requirement you need to set the Minimum delivery time(in hours) to 48 hours. If the clients visits your site today(1st December,2015) then the first available delivery date to choose in the calendar will be 3 December, 2015.

I hope this answers your queries. Please let me know if you have any further queries.

    Regards,
    Komal Maru.
