Minimum delay to wait after last post

Is it possible to configure the plugin to wait a certain amount of time after the last (manually) published post before kicking in? Is the “Start Scheduling Delay” option useful for this?

For example: I have an auto post schedule of 30 mins, according to this the next auto post will be in 2 mins, but meanwhile I manually (and immediately) publish another post (let’s say a breaking news) and I want the next auto post to be at least 5 mins after that.

Is it possible?
