Minimum Charge rather than Price Overwrite.

What I would really like to see is the option for a minimum charge for courier – similar to the price overwrite, but the option to set if it’s a hard overwrite or a minimum charge.
eg let’s say you quote R85 for the courier, then I want to overwrite to R 100, but if you quote R 150, then I want the customer to pay the 150+Markup and not the R 100.
