Minimum Ads on a Particular Page

the issue is the point at which I need to choose the base advertisements number for auto promotions in AdSense, it doesn’t go under 4 promotions, when I pick the site landing page it let me select 1 promotion for every page, except when attempting to do that inside posts page, it dosen’t go under 4 promotions.

I utilize auto promotions on post pages just through cutting edge advertisements.

Is the issue in view of AdSense or in light of the site?
