    Since last year, I was able to set the same date for both pick-up and drop-off, allowing for same-day rentals. However, I have noticed that the system now imposes a minimum restriction, preventing the selection of “0 days” between pick-up and drop-off. As a result, customers are required to select, for example, a pick-up date of April 4th and a drop-off date of April 5th, which calculates as two rental days.

    I would like to restore the ability to allow same-day rentals. Specifically, I want customers to be able to select April 4th (9:30 AM) as the pick-up time and April 4th (11:30 PM) as the drop-off time, which should count as a single-day rental.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your message. We understand the situation, and a minimum length of rental of 0 days for hourly bookings is still allowed in the latest versions of the plugin.

    If your booking form is forcing the drop off date to be at least one day after the pick up date, then it’s probably because some settings or restriction rules are forcing one day as minimum rental period.

    We suggest checking the global minimum rental period defined in the Configuration page of the plugin, and that value should be set to 0 rather than 1. On top of that, you should check from the apposite back-end page if any restriction rule is forcing the minimum rental period to 1 day.

    By adjusting the above values, you should be able to allow hourly rentals that last less than one day. Since booking restrictions are a feature available only in the Pro/commercial version of the plugin, we suggest getting in touch with our team through our website should you have any issues restoring hourly rentals in your booking forms.

    Hey thanks for your reply.
    I dont have any restriction rule and minimum days of rental (global settings) is 0.
    I have the premium version and planning on renewing if this issue is fixed.
    I’ve created a ticket though your website.

    Thank you, if there are no restriction rules and if the global settings value is set to 0, then it should be possible to select the same date for drop off, hence to choose a rental period shorter than 1 day.
