Fluid Checkout should be 100% compatible with the theme Minimog.
Usually when some elements are not clickable or if the hidden fields are not collapsed exposing the fields directly is because a JavaScript error is causing the scripts from Fluid Checkout to stop working. The same applies to Ajax requests, but in this case this could also be because of an error on the server side (HTTP error 500).
1. What is the URL of your website where this problem is happening? If you don’t want to share this information on this public forum, we kindly ask you to open a new support ticket on our?support page on our website.
2. Since this might be an error that happens on your server we would be unable to evaluate it.
You’ll need to check your?PHP error.log or debug.log?file on your hosting environment for any error message related to Fluid Checkout.
The location for the?PHP error.log or debug.log file?depends on your hosting environment configuration and unfortunately, we are unable to send you instructions to locate it. You might need to contact your hosting company to help you locate the correct file.
Once you have the log file, you can open the file in a text editor such as Notepad and search for fluid-checkout inside it.
