MiniMax – Richtext Module is not visible

  • The Rich Text Module no longer allows the visual area & drag and drop to be functional – since WP 4.3 update

    I have reached out for help -without ever receiving any kind of answer – very disappointing!

    Really wish for some support – we have no problem purchasing the full license copy – we just need a solution.

    thank you so much for the update – Yes I can see the visuals now – but it seems that 1.9.2 all changes I make to layouts will not save. And styling features of the existing pages is lost and cannot be changed ??

    Now I am dealing with a lot of pages that are visually completely crippled and I can’t do anything about it ??

    Hi,
    It is working fine in out test, Try clearing browser cache before editing page layouts.

    Another possible issue is conflict with another plugin, deactivate other plugins to be sure about it.
