Minimatica

  • Hi I am currently working on my website for my company. I am using the minimatica theme. I already have the slider up and some pages. I understand that in order to have the featured images I needed to have posts and and categories. I want my post pictures in the slider to be directed to the pages I have created because I want my website to be simple no posts really. Then from there I shall create child pages. How would I be able to direct when clicking a post picture to a page like this website…https://www.brandonanderson.me/

  • when you added the image to your slideshow was there a box that showed the link to the image.. If so you can change this to the url of a page you want to to go to. When you insert an image to a page then the control back has this link location to the image..

    ok so I tried doing that but on the homepage when I click on the category it still only puts the image in the middle by itself and then once I click on the picture it takes me to the post. Once I am on the post page I see the pages to my right. All I want for now is the post page being directed straight into the page that correspondence to it….Btw That tip was helpful though which will help me later is adding an image and taking me to the to a certain page on the post but that was inserting into the post.
