There should be main html for this template, for example there are html for logo image:
<img class=”loader-logo” src=”<?php echo $this->logoPath?>” width=”141″ height=”141″ alt=””>

its locked so it doesn’t display it

What mean – locked? YOu can’t find this file, or you can’t edit it? Did you tried to use ftp to edit file?
