minifying interfere with ::marker appearens

In the foot of the page you can see thumbnails to recommended articles (output by “Author Recommended Posts” plugin).
It consists of

/
1. elements. Normally they goes without numbers and all blocks are aligned in one line.
   ::marker never used in the site.
   When site is minified ::marker appears in front of this blocks and aligmentation of the blocks goes “steps-like”. Just to turn minifying off – it output normal. But just to turn minifying on – ::marker appears.

   Fix it please.
