Minify Manual Mode not working

Hello,
I’m attempting to minify several js and css files using the minify manual mode, since auto mode caused the styles to break. Manual mode is enabled and I have several js and css files specified. However the css files are not minified at all, and the js files seem to perhaps be combined into a file that is not working.
There is a script all the way at the bottom of my page:

Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere? This seemed pretty straightforward but it’s simply not doing anything. Thanks in advance for any insight, I am new to W3TC and really want to make this work!
