Minify js messes up my site, how to fix HELP!!

when i config any cache plugin, ive noticed that when i enable the minify js it messes up my webpage. mainly i have tabs under my product such as reviews, additional info, and such, there supposed to work when u click on them it changes the section to what u clicked. but with js minifyed enabled it just shows them all on the same page making my page very long. if i turn it to manual mode it stopped but then im not sure what scripts i should be adding to get minifyed. can someone help shed light either how do i stop that from happening on automatic or which script i should add in manual TYTYTTY
