Minify JS cause an issue

Hi,

I use WordPress Total Cache plugin with MedaElement plugin.
And when I enable the minify js the player doesn’t work.
I think there is a path error to load the mediaelement.swf.
When the page is loading, it try to load the swf at the root path despite of the module path.

Is there a fix to this problem ???
