Minify CSS breaking translated pages

Hi,

On my test website, which is a full copy of my production website, translated pages stopped showing properly after activating SG Optimizer Minify CSS.

After a close examination, it turned out several CSS files had malformed URLs on the HTML. For example:

https://test.example.com/home/USERNAME/public_html/testhttps://test.example.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/css/contact-form-7.min.css

was being requested instead of

https://test.example.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/css/contact-form-7.min.css

Somehow this issue only affected translated pages.

I believe the issue is being caused by SG Optimizer because it was solved as soon as I turned the Minify CSS option off.

FYI, my config is:

WordPress 5.0.1
Theme: RealtySpace by CodeFactory 47, which uses Kirki Toolkit, ACF Pro, WP Bakery (Visual Composer)
Translation plugin: WPML
