minify breaks CSS Elementor

@verdographics Can you please try to uncheck the option “Enable minification of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?

Similar issue, however some differences:
When minify is set to off, cache flushed on a 4 language site:
On two languages things seem to get concatenated, on one not.
The concatenated show CSS issues, the not concatenated is OK.

I am comparing WP optimize with Litespeed cache, which does not show these problems.
(Checked WP rocket too, they have the same problems as Wp optimize)

Forgot to mention:
On a desktop running chrome everything looks fine (browser cache flushed many times)
On android phone: issues
On GT metrix and Google pagespeed: issues
