New to WordPress – home page setup

    Hello. I’ve just installed the free MiniFolio theme.

    The home page is an image slider only. There doesn’t appear to be a ‘page’ that I can edit.

    The video instructions are vague and don’t explain how to set up the home page. I’m at a loss and this is meant to be a simple, basic theme. Here is the theme/instructional video: https://www.wpexplorer.com/minifolio-wordpress-theme

    I did try to edit a “slider” option, but it asked for URLs. My attempts to add the URLs to my images in the media library simply didn’t work. It ended up as a post, with no visible image.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    This is the first thread in months of searching that I’ve been able to find anything on ‘MiniFolio’ so I really hope you can help:

    How did you add the logo to the top-left of you website? it’s just what I’m looking to achieve.

    Some forums say it needs to be done from (header.php) or (style.css), But there is also ‘Custom Headers and Footers’ in Settings…

    Can you run me through what you did, code if possible.

    how do you obtain the custom portfolio page as described in the video? When I click on the little link on a portfolio photo I always get a page not found error
