minified files are included again

Hi,

I had enabled minify and it was working. I then disabled it for development purposes and then when I enabled it, it worked fine in Chrome but in FF I found it includes not only the minified file but also the original files that were minified. In effect everything is included twice. I urrently have minify disabled but would like to use it.
