minified css broke my site

Hello,
i installed this plugin but activating minify css broke my site, cant acces admin menu.
How can i manually delete the plugin so that i can reinstall it with default settings?

I already deleted things in .htacces, deleted folders wp-content/cache and wp-fastest-cache in plugins. After this my site is back online but if i try to reinstall the plugin its installing himself with the last used settings with minified css activated that just broke my site again and again.

Someone can help me?
