Minicart does not scroll on media screen

Hi Shankar,
when I open the minicart i.e. on my iphone 4, the content of the cart ist shown. BUT I cannot scroll down to the two buttons for checkout etc.
Instead, the main window content keeps scrolling.Can you fix that or tell me, how to fix it myself ?
