Mini Cart “plus Shipping Costs” not translated

    Hello,

    I have a problem with translating the string “plus Shipping Costs” in mini cart drop down to German. The website langauge is set to German and all other translations work but “plus Shipping Costs”.

    I also checked the translation files with Loco Translate and the translation is available –> plus {link}Shipping Costs{/link} –> zzgl. {link}Versandkosten{/link}

    Any hint what can be the issue?

    Hi Georg,

    please check whether you’ve translated that string correctly within the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > Shopmarks. This string might be adjusted via the settings. After changing it you should delete your cache/cookies and your cart and try again.

    Hi,

    yes I checked the settings under Shopmarks. It is –> plus {link}Shipping Costs{/link} … exactly the same as in woocommerce-germanized-de_DE.po

    Is there a way to debug this output?

    Hi Georg,

    are you using a multi-language-setup? Then you might need to translate that option via string translation as this option is loaded from the DB (only the default value is stored within the language file). You might need to adjust the setting directly and translate that to german if you are not using a multi-language-setup.
