Mini cart not updating.

    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well.

    I am having a WordPress site that is using the Divi theme. When I update the number of items in the cart, the mini cart on the header is not getting updated accordingly. However, the number of items in the mini cart is getting updated on re-loading the page.

    Can you let me know what will be the issue?

    Hi @lsingh

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     I’ve another issue.

    I’m adding the products to the basket. Some of them worked fine, some of them went to the next product page and didn’t directly add to the basket.

    Did you complete the testing that I recommended? I visited the site, but it’s still using the Divi theme

    The issue is most likely due to a conflict, so I recommend testing for this.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’ve applied the default theme of WordPress before. But, if we click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. It is redirecting to the product page.

    We don’t need to redirect it. We need the same thing which has already on the live site.

    If you click on Add to Cart button on the shop page. It is appearing ‘View Cart’.

    That’s good, but sometimes, it goes to redirect to the product page.

    Can you try it your self? It is also making a problem for you or not.
