    Hi
I’m contacting you again about your MINI CART widget which once again doesn’t work.

I have already checked if it is due to my plugins or my default astra theme by deactivating all plugins and activating another temporary theme but the problem persists and it is not the first time it has occurred.

Once I click on the “add to cart” button the MINI CART white screen opens but with nothing inside like it’s not working.

I also tried to change browser from laptop and check also from mobile but the problem persists both on laptop and mobile.

I am attaching a link video demonstration of the problem I am having with your MINI CART widget:

Hey there, a few hours ago we released WooCommerce 7.7.2 which should fix this issue, would you mind giving it a try and letting us know if it resolves the issue on your site? Thanks in advance!

Yes now it works but it is not possible that this MINI CART widget has problems and stops working every time.

It’s an unreliable plugin and it’s not the first time nor the second nor the third time that it stops working and in doing so my ecommerce doesn’t make a good impression on customers.

This is the last time I will rely on your MINI CART widget.

If it presents other malfunctions preventing me from other sales, warn that it will stop working and I will download other plugins both to use a working and reliable cart and I will use other payment methods, since with woocommerce payment I also pay you commissions for my sales!

    Hi @mirkozerillo

    Thanks for reaching out!

I am sorry to hear that the Mini Cart widget stopped working on your site and even after deactivating all plugins and switching to a default theme, the error still persists.

However, updating WooCommerce to the latest version of 7.7.2 resolved your issue here.

I am checking the link you shared above to understand your issue, however, I am receiving a 404 Error not found message on my end.

For us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!
