    Hello WooBlock Support,

    I work with the Divi Theme builder for an E-commerce website, I added the mini-cart block in the header, which has the side cart view on click. But for some reason, it is not working properly.

    Errors:

    • On the shop page, you click the ajax add to cart, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, (at more times it doesn’t)
    • Sometimes It does save the product in your cart, but when you hover over the cart icon, the product disappears and it goes back to “your cart is empty, start shopping”
    • The newest problem I am experiencing is that you add to the cart, but another product remains in the cart, only after I remove this product I can see the new product I added.

    I will really appreciate getting work around and also understand it. It’s an amazing extension and I am grateful, I tried seeing the root issue but I don’t know why it stopped working correctly…

    On my end it is working, but it is pretty slow:

    I was inspecting the page and the site has a 404 error. As a first step, can you navigate to your Wp-Admin > settings > permalinks > scroll down to the bottom > save the changes? Then please check again to see if the issue persists.

    Hello Igor, thanks for responding!

    I have disabled the NGINX Caching from the server and it seems the Issue has gone away.

    I did not understand the indication you gave me, what do you want me to check in the permalinks settings?

    Saving the permalink settings, even with no changes, flushes any cached permalink issues.
