Ok, transactional emails are not coming through, not one. They tell you, just ask your customers to whitelist these ip adresses…
So, in order to help my customers in advance they actually telling me to publish a large banner on top of my website, that says: “Hey, before you order from us, you first need to whitelist 5 ip adresses. Otherwise you might not get your account details.”
We wont help you, because just some customers are not getting your emails. Ok, so i pay for something, and then its normal to not get a solution for a problem? Right.
