Min Spend Rules-Not followed for Shipping

    Hi,
    After the recent WooCommerce and WordPress updates, flexible shipping rules min spend do not seem to be working. I have a minimum Spend amount set for ￡10.00 for Uk based delivery, however, the site is now allowing customers to go through and select All Uk based deliveries when spending under ￡10.00, no shipping should be populated when the customer has spent under ￡10.

    I have the following methods set in UK delivery:

    I have Free Delivery set min ￡25.00-49.99
    I have Free Next day set min 50.00 and over
    I have standard delivery set min ￡10-￡24.99
    I have paid Next day set to min ￡10-49.99
    Then Saturday delivery min ￡10.00 & over
    Wholesale UK-min ￡100 and over.

    All plugins are fully updated.

    To replicate this issue:

    Go to https://www.alltape.co.uk and spend under ￡10 in your basket-after entering an address, it populates all shipping options…which is incorrect.

    please help point me in the right direction ??

    I have uploaded screen grabs of the shipping zone/region, shipping methods and shipping rules for the main 3 shipping options on the link below:


    Shipping Regions & Zones
    Shipping Zones-Mainland UK
    Free Economy Delivery Rules
    Next day delivery rules
    standard delivery rules

    Would I need to set something from ￡0-￡10 for no delivery perhaps for it to work again?

    Hi @stacyfranklin1,

    Thank you for the screenshots. If you configure the shipping cost rules the way you did above it won’t prevent placing an order below ￡10. Let me explain it on the example – if the rules are set as below:

    WooCommerce will try to apply the first rule based on price first. If the condition isn’t met, it will try to use the second one based on weight for ￡0 and granting the free shipping instead.

    To make it work you will need to split the rules into the separate shipping methods or delete the one based on weight. With only the one rule based on price active you will get the There are no shipping methods available… notice if the order is below ￡10 what will prevent it from placing.
