Min Quantity doesn’t work

  • This doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve set “Amount limits” to “Minimum” and “Amount types” to “Quantity”. After that in “Amounts” tab I’ve set “Min quantity” to 3 and it doesn’t work. I still can buy 2 products.

    We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. I have just tested the plugin on our end with the settings you have mentioned. It seems the plugin is working properly. So, it might be a configuration issue. Could you please ensure that in the General section of the plugin’s settings, the Proceed to checkout button is set to Disable checkout button? Also, please ensure that the Block checkout process and Block checkout page are enabled.
