Min order delivery time not working

    This feature was working correctly until about a week ago.

    I discovered customers were suddenly missing the 2 or 3 most recent available delivery dates, obviously a huge issue!

    We currently deliver on Thursdays, and the cutoff is Monday 9pm

    I therefore set min delivery time to 52 hours previously.

    My timezone is set correctly, UTC +10

    I have my business days set as Sun-Sat

    At the moment, it is Monday 10pm. If I set to 24 hours, it skips Thursday’s delivery (even though 51 hours away). If I set 23 hours it does not skip.

    Can you please assist?

    Hi @machten,

    If the business days are added then the Thursday should be available until 8 PM on Tuesday in case of 52 hours Minimum Delivery Time. Can I know which version of our plugin you are using?

    If you want that Thursday should be available until 9 PM on Monday then you will have to set Minimum Delivery Time to 75 hours (72 + 3 remaining hours).

    Can I please request you create the ticket on our support tool with some necessary login information? So, that I can check the setup of your site and try to replicate the issue with the same setup.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. This plugin not works correctly from the last update.

    For example, if i set the minimum delivery time to 29 hours, wednesday have to be disappear at 19:00 tuesday, but nothing happens. Just working if i set 24-48-72 hours, so it seems the hours absolutely not working.
