Min Max text area leght and relative count

Good morning,
https://contactform7.com/max-min-length-options-and-character-count/ You declare the possibility to insert min and max lenght in a text area, but the count in the version 4.9.2 (version of plugin and WP too) this feature stop to work.
Have You got some idea?
