Min/Max Quantity won’t work if product is added to cart already

    Hello,
    I’m experiencing a problem when setting the min/max quantity of the product.
    If I added the product to the cart before creating the rule, I can still checkout with the original quantity even I activate the rule prior to checkout.

    Let’s say I added product A x 15 pcs to the cart. Then I activate the rule Max quantity for product A is 10.
    Then I click the cart again and proceed to checkout without changing any quantity for product A, I can still buy 15 product A.
    (If I try to change 15 to 16, the quantity will be capped at 10, but it won’t change if I don’t try to change the quantity at cart page)

    Is there any way to enforce Min/max checking when the customer clicks checkout?

    Hello Nnlam,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and for sharing detailed information.

    As per the demo, it should work once the user process the checkout.

    But, you can’t debug like that first add the products in the cart and then set min quantity.

    But after configuring the settings, you need to follow the step from the shop page by adding products and it will prevent the users to add the max product quantity range that is configured.
