Min Max Quantities

    I am with Siteground and on their recommendation I subscribed to the Min and Max Quantity for WooCommerce Premium version. They configured it for me but I found that the cart adds multiples of items. The minimum quantity of 25 but I click 1 again it is adding another 25 to the cart making it 51. I looked at the categories “Groups of” option it is blank which means no multiples were set.

    So no category rules were set either. I am not sure what is happeneing. The start value in my cart is 25 so no one can order below 25 which is right. But once one more is added the cart total to 56. Should this be the case or can they keep adding any quantity they desire after reaching the minimum quantity?

    Hello @spicebakez,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If the customer needs a specific number of products, then it is required to add them directly the first time, like 56. It will not be allowed to add 1 or 6 quantities as the minimum quantity should be 25 as per the rules.
