Min height for products in cart

So I am using Sidecart for Woocommerce and it was not responsive if people’s screens are not heigh enough. So I made the cart scrollable but the recommend products are taking up a lot of space. Can we set a minimum height so that one product from the cart is shown and we keep it scrollable?
