mime file type not supported

    Hi,I set this in the plugin settings:
    .jpg,.png,.gif,.mts,.mp4,.MP4

    But when I try to upload a mp4 file I have that error.

  • thank you for your answer, but i have already this option filled like you explain it, and in the order at the backend theres under Woo Dropzone “No Files Were Uploaded”. When i upload the file at the car it works until 100%.

    The error is the same at all files…jpg, .png, .pdf…
