Mild Panic – Customize Panel Not Working

I was tinkering with the Menu section of the Customize toolbar. Now even after clearing my caches, restarting everything etc. when I click the customize bar it loads directly to the Menu subcategory and there is no back arrow as there usually is within the customize bar that allows me to access any of the other options (Global Settings, Content, etc.). Has anyone had this happen before?
