Mikolaj (iClyde) Deserves A Promotion!

This man have helped worked tirelessly with me for 3 or 4 hours today to help me set up the backup plugin. SUCCESSFULLY!
He suggested me everything from limiting the file size to deactivating CLI to a special path command among other things. He guided me through my FTP so I could delete the files preventing new backup from even starting. He eliminated potential culprits methodically. Eventually, he asked me for permission to do the modifications himself. He attempted a few others things. Eventually he managed to make things function in legacy mode, but the backup was still broken so he searched some more until he could find the file that broke the system, added them to exclusion, and finally had the backup be fully functional! (Including in the future.)
The man was literally ready to go into the “wordpress zip core” or whatever it’s actually called. (Great, I sound old now :p)
And he did it all very professionally, sympathetically, and in the middle of the night at his location.
So give the man a promotion or at least a goddamn raise!
