    Hi, I am trying to migrate an old web site to a test url to be able to update and refresh everything. It downloads properly but when trying to upload to the test url I get the message “Restore failed” below are the logs

    Thank you for your logs, but for future please use our debug module.
    After process failure you can share logs with us here: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

    In your case I assume, that something is wrong with cURL extension.
    Because of that my recommendation for you is to upload your backup manually.

    You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

    Also, you can try to restore the backup on our free sandbox platform: https://tastewp.com (it’s fully compatible with Backup Migration plugin).

    If you will need more space here, I can increase it for you, simply let me know what’s the domain of your TasteWP site is.
