    Hello,

I activated the new checkout experience for my website. We are using WooCommerce Subscriptions for more than 10k subscriptions.

I have this error with new SEPA subscriptions : The Source has not been migrated to PaymentMethods on the Stripe accounts ; as a subscription note on the subscriptions. How can I deal with this ?

Also, on Stripe, I just did the migration, but after activating the new check-out experience. How can I activate it ?

    Best regards,

    Hello @bv2123,

If I understand correctly, you are using the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions here.

If you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

Meanwhile, I will mark this thread as resolved since your concern would be best handled by our Happiness Engineers there.

    Thanks!

I did it. The issue is not with WooCommerce Subscriptions, but with the Gateway.

Also, the answer I had from the Support is not fit to the problem, I was asked to correct the issue manually. However, we have more than 10k subscriptions.

I need to know the way to ask the database to be updated to PaymentMethod.

    best,

    Hey, @bv2123!

I understand the issue is related with Stripe, but since the issue is specifically with subscriptions, it is best to keep the support via email with our team there.

I understand the AI reply was not helpful, but a team member will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you further with this issue??

In the meantime, please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @carolm29,

since an extremely large number of shop owners work with Woo subscriptions and have thousands of customers with SEPA bookings, it is more than obvious that Stripe must answer in the FAQ what happens to these customers.
Does everything run automatically? Or does the customer have to take action? Or the shop operator?

I was very surprised that I couldn’t find any information on this. Please be sure to provide it!

    Kind regards,
    Thomas

    Hello separatereality,

    Thank you for your reply.

Also, the answer I had from the Support is not fit to the problem, I was asked to correct the issue manually. However, we have more than 10k subscriptions.

Could share the exact reply you received WooCommerce Subscriptions support?
I understand that you have more than 10k subscriptions and manually fixing the issue for each subscription may not be an ideal solution.

Once you share the response with me, I will review the solution.
I will do my best to help you fix this issue most effectively.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
