• hello dear suport…

I Have my hosting in FASTCOMET.com, They are modernizing their hosting and they are passing us to CLOUD HOSTING, which seems very good to me.
Since I have been transferred to CLOUD, I have problems to take backups and especially to migrate websites, it constantly gives me TIMEOUT errors, I had the websites in cloudFare, and I have eliminated them from there to avoid problems, but they persist.

I have put an insidence, and I am told that I have the max-timeout at 300, I don’t know what else to do.

Is there any incompatibility of DUPLICATOR with CLOUD HOSTING?

    Thanks

  • Hey @jorgeborda,

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ for timeout issues that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

? ? – What can I try for timeout issues?
    ? ? – https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-trouble-100-q

Let me know if this helps~

    Thanks for the info…

If I buy the duplicator PRO… i will still have the same problems with timeouts ??
my wordpress has 30 plugins and the database has 55.813 KB

    Thanks..

    Hey @jorgeborda,

I would recommend trying all the options in the FAQ and if none of them work and you don’t want to purchase the PRO product you can still get things going with the Two-Part Process.

If you do decide to get the pro version and it doesn’t work then we have a full 60 day money-back guarantee no questions asked. Personally I would try the two-part process first I think that may get you what you need.

    Hope that helps~

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Additional Troubleshooting Tips:

this is the only way to migrate my WP…:

    – with CPanel copy the files to the right directory
    – Modify config.php
    – Inside WP using “WP Migrate Pro” create a good copy of the database
    – with phpMyAdmin update the new database importing the .sql file created by “WP Migrate Pro”

    Thanks

    Hey @jorgeborda,

For the 503 error you may have to check with your host it looks like they may have something locked down. If you want to submit a support ticket you can do that as well…

    Cheers~
