Migration restrictions

    Hi,
    I’m migrating my website to a new hosting provider.
    UM asked to recreate the pages but I selected them in the page panel.
    All the settings were been lost, so I’m restoring them manually, but on some setup fields I still can’t place and save text because appears this message:

    Forbidden
    You do not have permission to access this document.
    Web Server at mywebsite.com

    The website in question is not yet migrated because I’m checking that all is ok before to move the domain DNS to the new provider. So I’m now editing this website by modifying the DNS into the hosts file.

    Could this cause this issue?

    The fields I still can’t save are:
    – all the email templates
    – under general>account > Account Deletion Custom Text and Account Deletion without password Custom Text (here I can’t place a custom text in both fields but I can place the default text placed by UM)
    – profile photo sizes, before I could insert 3 different sizes, now I have only 40x40px

    Hi @angeloarlotta

    Could you please check if mod_security is enabled on your server? If so, please try disabling it temporarily and see if the issue still occurs. You can also try excluding UM Settings from the mod_security/firewall.
