    Siemka @slawomis

    Meanings:
Source website: The site where you made the backup and you want to clone.
Destination website: The site where you want to restore your backup.

The issue is most likely caused by web server of your source website.
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.

On the site where you made the backup:
    1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
    2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    3. Save that section
    – No need to make new backup

Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
    1. Open “Other options” section as well
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save that section
    4. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    5. Try to run the migration again with the same URL

If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that solves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @iclyde
Thank you for your support and comprehensive directions.
This backup and migration task is not my primary job so it takes time to finish. The other thing is some network environment limitations. I still encounter problems but I didn’t followed all your directions. I hope to come with update soon.

The restoration of plugins went fine. All of them can be seen on target site.
The process almost died at 78% on wp_statistics_visitor and wp_statistics_visitor_relatiohship restoring. Maybe these statistics should be removed from WordPress database before backup ?
The restore of 1.4 GB took many hours (18 hours ?) but the worst is last error message: Maximum execution time of 165 seconds exceeded and restore failure.

    Hi @slawomis

Could you please send full live-log of the failed process?
I’d like to see entire log, so we can decide if it’s worth to exclude these tables permanently by default – I’ll send you adjusted version for testing.

If you can optimize the database, you can try to prepare new backup on your own.
In case you can’t access or easily prepare optimized version you can share the backup with me. I’ll send you back new backup file which should work on your website without losing any data.

E-mail: [ support (at) backupbliss dot com ]

Let me know what you decide ??
    Thank you!
