    Hi there,

Please make sure you’re logged into your WordPress.com account, then open a support ticket at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support

If that page won’t let you, open a WordPress.com support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact instead. This will take you to the WordPress.com forums, so please add the tag modlook to your thread there to make sure a staff member sees it.

Either way, include a link to this forum thread, and someone can help you there.

But as this issue involves data that belongs to a WordPress.com user account, rather than functionality of the plugin itself, we’ll need to verify you own the WordPress.com account involved before we can make any changes, and we can’t do that in these forums.

I received a reply to my post saying I should be getting support for jetpack here. Can you clarify?
I am not able to open a support ticket either, the page also points me back here

Our apologies; we’ve marked that for staff again and noted it needs staff help.
