Migration not working

I am having exactly the same Problem but my upload freezes at 20% every single time I try to upload.
I have been using All in one WP Migration for many years now and It worked fine on my hosting account just a week ago with no problems.
Since then The logo has changed and the plugin no longer works to upload a file.
I can download without a problem but the upload freezes and will never complete.

Please, I really need to get my website uploaded so that I can do my work, Is there ANY way I can upload this via FTP to my site so that I can do my work, please.

Yes, thank you I have already tried that.
It did not work.
I have given up trying to migrate I have decided it is easier and faster just to build the whole site from scratch again.
I tried for over 14 hours to get this to work I could have built a lot in that time.
I have no idea why it did not work I have searched for the problem, I think it may be on the server as you say but the solution you proposes did not work.
Also, the file would not stick in the end but would load, install, then lock me out of the admin this from a twin setup where everything was working fine.
I have been a very confusing and frustrating 14 hrs I am going to sleep and see what I can do in the morning.
