Migration not possible?

Dear Jigoshop Team.
I tried to migrate my shop from jigo1. to jigo2. many times now following the migration guide with no luck so far.
Every time i get to migrating products and orders i get the communication error message.
My shop is down now as i cannot move in any direction…
Any ideas on how to make it work?
