Migration is Stuck

    I have migrated my site to new hosting. On the old hosting I could add reviews, assign stars, author name, etc. On the new hosting I can’t add those details, just blanks everything after saving. I also keep getting the “Site Reviews needs to migrate your reviews and settings to the latest version.” message. I’ve run the migration many times but it keeps coming back. I followed all the troubleshooting steps in the Help & Support section but still not working. What can I do to resolve this?

    This could be due to a database issue (invalid foreign constraints on the custom database tables). Try deactivating Site Reviews and then reactivate it and then run the repair tools on the Site Reviews Tools page. This may fix the problem.
