Hi, I did the instruction given by copying index.php from my wordpress directory to the root and change the wordpress url to wordpress directory and website url to root. But when I go to my website, I only see the plain text.

    My Link is https://www.findingsteve.net/

Anyone can help what I miss out? Thanks a lot.

    Regards,
    Steve

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hit the Save button twice. See if that fixes it?

I can’t access back to my wordpress. Link – https://www.findingsteve.net/v2/wp-admin

    It says,

HTTP Error 500.52 – URL Rewrite Module Error.
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Config Error Cannot add duplicate collection entry of type ‘rule’ with unique key attribute ‘name’ set to ‘wordpress’
    Config File \\?\C:\Domains\findingsteve.net\findingsteve.net\wwwroot\v2\web.config

I’ve come to understand that URL rewriting works very differently in Windows/IIS vs Linux/Apache. I have no experience with IIS though. Might your host be able to assist you?
