    I’m using wordpress import tool… this is the place to ask support, right?

    The WordPress Importer tool has its own dedicated support forum. However I strongly suspect the issue lies with the export tool for Blogger. I’m not sure which one you used, there are a few available. “Export” isn’t necessarily the term used in the tool’s name even though that’s essentially what you’re doing.

    The WordPress Importer tool expects a data file in a specific format. Generally speaking, if the data file is correctly formatted the tool will work. Usually any migration issues arise from the creation of the data file by an export tool.

    You might consider retrying the migration using an alternative tool.
