    Hi @momokomay

    Please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Let me know if that solves the issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @momokomay

Please remove URL of the backup, it should not be shared on public forum.

Nevertheless it’s allowed me to understand the issue much better.
The backup is password protected by some other plugin.

If it’s security plugin, please disable it temporarily.

That should allow you to start the process ??
Let me know how it went, thank you!

Quick note: I just reset the plugin settings to make sure I didn’t mess up other settings and am running the backup progress again..

    (@momokomay)

ooh! yes, I have a password protection set. Will disable! Thanks ??

Ok, I removed the plugin “password protected” – there are no other security plugins currently installed, but I’m still getting the error message

    Hi @momokomay

Yes seems that the password field went off.
This time your URL redirected me to the homepage – it should start the download.

We have alternate download method, but if it won’t work you may need to download and upload the file manually.

Please go to “Other options” section on the site where you made the backup:
    0. Make sure this plugin is enabled as well
    1. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    2. Try the URL in incognito once again, if it will start the download you should be able to run the restoration ??

If you use some other security plugins they still may block access to the file.
In such case you should be still able to download the file while logged in.

Ok, I enabled alternate download method, not sure what you mean by “make sure this plugin is enabled as well” though.
I opened the target site in incognito and tried to start the migration but I’m still running into the same error message. Do I need to create the backup again after changing the settings?
None of the installed plugins are security-related.

Also, I was able to manually download the backup, if that helps.

    OMG it worked!!!
I manually uploaded the file via FTP in the new webspace and the restore backup process worked like a charm!

Thanks so much for your plugin and providing support, this has put an end to a frustrating migration process I’ve been trying to solve for a while.
    Thank you!!
