Migration fails with something went wrong

Hi,

I’ve wordpress website on godaddy and I am trying move it to another godaddy account.

I’ve selected godaddy in your plugin and it asked me to enter sFTP details, Since I’m on godaddy ultimate package, i have no way to created sFTP so instead i selected migrate through FTP.

I entered FTP details (i tested FTP with Filezilla, i was able to login) but your plugin failed saying “something went wrong, contact us or try again later”

I tried many times but no use.

Even i tried with Cpanel, It says make sure wordpress installed, I installed wordpress correctly https://freechurchwebsite.org/sharonrecipes/ .. Still it doesn’t work.

Please help me how to use it correctly?
