    Hi, I tried to migrate a website using this plugin, followed all the directions and the export appeared to go well. The export is just under 500MB. The file uploaded fine, but after clicking the Continue button to perform the migration all activity appeared to stop.

    I followed the suggestion in another post in this forum to wait for 15 minutes (I waited over 2 hours) and then try to login to the site in another tab. This is the error I get:

    Warning: require_once(/kunden/homepages/25/d641549884/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WLN/dap/inc/classes/Dap_Base.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/25/d641549884/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WLN/wp-content/plugins/DAP-WP-LiveLinks/DAP-WP-LiveLinks.php on line 33

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/kunden/homepages/25/d641549884/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WLN/dap/inc/classes/Dap_Base.class.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.6′) in /homepages/25/d641549884/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WLN/wp-content/plugins/DAP-WP-LiveLinks/DAP-WP-LiveLinks.php on line 33

    Any suggestions?

    Hi bloomhaven,

    I really appreciate your interest in our plugin. Could you please Export using advanced options and click “Do not export plugins” after migration you can upload the plugins manually via FTP from ./wp-content/plugins to ./wp-content/plugins.

    With best regards,
    Ugyen

    Hi bloomhaven,

    The issue seems to be from your plugin called DAP-WP-LiveLinks.
    You may want to try what our agent has suggested above;

    1. install a fresh WordPress on your imported site
    2. re-export from your exported site using Advanced Options (Do not export plugins)
    3. import the backup from 2.
    4. manually move /wp-content/plugins from the exported site to the imported site

    Let me know if your issue is resolved.
