    So when my admin set up the account, they put in an extra . in our domain name, which I was able to easily fix on Siteground. However, now when I try to migrate I get the error “While generating the transfer token, you have chosen to use a different domain than the one currently used with your WordPress” and if I proceed anyway, I get an error “Failed to complete WordPress installation on the destination server. Destination responded with ‘ERROR: Site user not found’. Please retry with another transfer token.”

    I tried to reach out to someone in support through my *paid* account, but I literally see no way to do that. Support just keeps looping me to FAQs and upgrades.

    Maybe someone here can help?

    Hey there @michelemeek,

    Can you try generating another transfer token and initiating the transfer again? Also, would it be possible to provide a site URL, so we can investigate the issue if you could initiate the transfer with a new token?
