    hello.
    i got my whole site content disappeared (must be a question to WP?), but luckily I had a backup from Backup Migration. but during migration it faces some error and aborts the files. please, could you read the log and detect the issue and how to eliminate it?

    Please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Enable splitting: https://prnt.sc/1sljjju
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    6. Try again

    Hello!

    many thanks!
    did everything except ‘Force stop both processes’ since didn’t find WHERE it is,
    Lightshot stubbornly doesn’t show screenshots, in neither browser. and without that last step Migration still fails. Could you please give a tip what processes to stop and where is that button located?

    Could you please share latest live log?
    I would like to see if all options were applied correctly.

    For the last step you can find that in “Troubleshooting” section then “Advanced options”, and somewhere around logging heading you should find force stop links.

    They’re here to make sure the process was killed, and all temporary files associated with failed process were removed.

    Thank you for the logs, looks like all settings were applied correctly.
    Nonetheless even with SQL-Splitting these files are not small enough, and your database server rejecting them due to their size.

    Could you please let me know if you can make new backup?
    If you can follow these steps on your source site:
    1. Use these settings in the first section: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa
    2. Save first section
    3. Now, go to “Other options” section
    4. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    5. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    6. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 300)
    7. Save “Other options” section

    Once you do that go to the site where you want to restore it and adjust this setting as well:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 300 as well)

    If you cannot access your source site anymore, we can still modify your backup manually using tools on our end.

    – sadly, I can not see your screenshots, the site doesnt work for me;
    — what new backup to make? of an empty site?
    – by ‘on your source site’ you mean my Hoster’s site or my empty site?

    Source site – The site which you want to move to different hosting
    Destination site – Your site where you want to restore the backup

    Make backup of the same site that you want to migrate, just adjust settings – it will make the same backup but with smaller query output, value 300 should be small enough for your database server and above error should not be present in this case.

    but i dont have any other site i want to move to diff hosting —i have just one on the same hosting (which got empty for some reason), and a Backup Migration file as .zip from where i would love to restore it. so i dont get how i can make a backup of it.

    my Hoster’s tech support checked my database but could not do so (maybe they are not so pro, or just dont give a shit, idk), but they said that the database is not empty and suggested me contacting the Backup Plugin support – i.e. you.
    I unzipped backup archive and it contains everything I need, just has troubles with installation. that’s the story.

    i will contact you in DM, as soon as figure out how to do so.
